In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional eye care services to NYU Langone Health patients across Manhattan and Brooklyn. We are expanding our optical retail business to serve our growing patient population, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced licensed optician to be a part of this exciting growth story. This role will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, providing guidance on frame styles and lens options, and promoting exceptional patient experience in high-volume ambulatory settings.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage and create a personalized experience with each patient to select eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescriptions and personal preferences.
