Job Description
Job Scope
- Deployed to HQ and stationed on-site with operation units to provide immediate technical expertise support.
- Oversee all systems in ICA land checkpoints, including ICT, non-ICT, B&I (Biometrics & Identification), and platform systems.
- Provide support to bridge the gap between technology deployment and real-world operational needs.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of “Ops-Tech” systems from initial scope to deployment and maintenance at the frontline.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for ICA on operations, project management, and governance matters to ensure seamless system integration.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Track asset management (from deployment to disposal), manage contracts/licenses, and ensure vendors meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
