Description

The Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, resolves problems and return shipments within the assigned terminal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prep outbound freight
• Data entry of inbound return shipments
• Preparation of manifest
• Check-in Check-out procedure
• Returns process and Beacon Entry
• Liason with US and Canada customs
• Contact customers or colleagues to obtain and enter package information or resolve delivery issues
• Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight and process freight damages
• Prepare packages for redelivery (tracking data, labels, repackaging, etc.)
