Ophthalmology Gene Therapy Clinical Director

RhyGaze, Basel-based biotech, seeks a Clinical Development Director with ophthalmology, gene therapy and retina expertise to shape our clinical strategy and drive programs forward.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, design trials, review regulatory documents, and ensure patient safety while collaborating with CROs, investigators and internal functions. This on-site role requires strong communication, leadership, and a hands-on biotech mindset in a fast-growing environment.
