Job Details

Overall responsibility for coordinating and managing all Import functionality tasks for shipments destined to Australia. The Imports Operations Clerk will ensure all international shipments are reported to local Australian Border Force / Quarantine authorities and Custom Brokers for clearance and will interact with all other Australian Operations Department for communication on clearance and provide the authority to deliver. This role involves ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient compliant import operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process import documentation, including customs invoices, House Air Waybill, Master Air Waybill.
