This role focuses primarily on operating production machinery in a large, modern manufacturing facility, with additional responsibilities in basic packaging and material handling. You will train on first shift and then transition to other shifts as needed, supporting continuous operations across the plant.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards.
+ Perform standard machine setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow.
+ Handle packaging tasks, including preparing, packing, and labeling parts and boxes as required.
+ Move parts, materials, and boxes throughout the plant, including between buildings and departments.
+ Follow all clean room protocols, including wearing required garments and protective equipment.
