Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate the KHS Blow Molding machine safely to achieve production targets.
- Perform machine startup, shutdown, product changeovers, and parameter adjustments.
- Monitor bottle quality and eliminate defects through process control. Ensure Preform and Syrup yields.
- Conduct Autonomous Maintenance (CILT), including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical, pneumatic, and operational faults.
- Monitor utilities (high-pressure air, cooling water, chilled water, oven temperatures) for stable operation.
- Coordinate with Filler, Mixer, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth block performance.
- Record production, downtime, quality, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, 5S, Safety, and Life Saving Rules.
