Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $81,000.00 Annually
Position Summary:
Responsible for team leadership, projects and resources of an operations area that includes more than one area of specialization or performs a centralized function. Develop and manage the direction and daily activities of the operations resources, focusing on people, organization, and process. This includes the S&OP Process to support the manufacturing/processing cycle and ensure timely logistical processing of the product. Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprise systems throughout the value stream.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and direct the work of a team of approximately 30-40 direct reports. Distribute workload appropriately.
