Role: Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and business goals. Drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance management activities. Analyze team performance and implement process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and operational standards. Drive revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience as an Operations Team Lead in an international process. Strong exposure to the Hospitality/Travel domain preferred. Proven experience in Outbound Sales and team management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
