You will lead an operations team, including staffing and inventory management, while maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards. Your role is pivotal in shaping best practices and delivering outstanding client experiences daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store operations and ensure process execution
• Manage inventory through all stages of shipment
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain in-house cleaning standards
• Ensure adequate supply budgets and stock levels
• Engage with clients on the floor as Manager on Duty
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to influence while providing feedback
