Operations System Administrator

We are recruiting for an Operations Systems Administrator.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Administer and manage processes as part of a systems administration team and be responsible for selected processes in the data center.
2. System administration skills required will create a balanced team combination with cross-functional skills and experience to support the following systems and components in the data center:
1. SCCM
2. SCOM
3. VMWare
4. Active Directory and DNS
5. Back-ups and archiving
6. Veritas
7. Storage including a storage area network (SAN)
8. Symantec antivirus
9. Patch management (Ivanti)
10. Server management (Microsoft Windows)
3. Server hardware and software support.
4. Provide support to provincial and municipal offices.
5. Manage and monitor anti-virus products across the organization.
