Operations Supervisor - Lombok

Your major responsibilities would be:

• Organizing, planning, managing and representing CIT Department, taking measures to ensure effcient work within Department,

• Conducting regular analysis of Department’s performance (preparing weekly, monthly and periodical reports), reporting to the top management,

• Managing a large team of CIT Team in Pontianak,

• Works on effcient routing of vehicles with previously received requests from clients,

• Compliance with the CIT operational and administrative procedures,

• Operationally manages the CIT processes in order to fulfill contractual obligations, participates in handling all issues and complaints of clients,

• Managing operations and monitoring risk prevention and procedures for reducing losses,

• Implementation of traffic safety as well as the occupational health and safety measures and harmonization with the CIT structure,
