Are you an Operations Supervisor with strong attention to detail and wanting more flexibility in your role?

A client of ours is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their team. This role is a great opportunity for someone experienced in high levels of invoicing and data entry. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, as well as leading a team of 3 junior members of staff. 

Responsibilities
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for...

  • Maintaining and reviewing contracts and financial documentation
  • Check contract amendments being made are in line with the terms and conditions agreed
  • High volumes of data entry across financial systems 
  • Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required
  • Mentorship of 3 junior members of staff
