This individual will be responsible for supervising transportation activities, monitoring passenger transfer services, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting frontline teams throughout the shift.
The Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of approximately three drivers and serve as a working supervisor, operating the shuttle bus when needed to maintain service levels and avoid operational disruptions.
