Job Description
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join a growing support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, identify patterns, surface operational issues, and elevate insights that improve both customer and client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer support calls
- Communicate with English-speaking restaurant clients when needed
- Identify recurring issues and escalation risks
- Provide clear, actionable summaries to internal teams
