The role is within the Personal Loans Product area which is responsible for all loan products to customers. Within the team, operations is a critical area that focuses on system and process enhancements to optimize customer and colleague experience.

More about the project:

Problem to solve: Automation of processes, recons etc. Developing AI to execute BAU repetitive tasks. Support with investigations, analysis and operational remediation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review credit bureau exceptions, investigate, drive resolution, and re-submit rejected accounts.
• Implement AI solutions to process auto closures and other account fixes; data/analytical ability is required.
• Support Product rule review exercise on maintenance specific business rules.
