About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent, Integrated Operations, the Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Lloyd Thermal Conventional Heavy Oil (LTCHO) assets. This position provides technical leadership, drives operational and maintenance improvements, and fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and cost optimization. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the Operations Specialist leads initiatives that enhance maintenance effectiveness and safety performance, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and contribute to ongoing operational excellence. Through effective communication, mentorship, and the implementation of best practices, this role supports the achievement of business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of operational performance.
