OPERATION SPECIALIST – responsible for executing the day‑to‑day activities of the Operations Research Team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of verification and research tasks within established quality and turnaround time standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational activities of the Operations Research Team under manager supervision.
• Complete verification tasks: call entities (HR, education, qualification) to verify employment, enrollment, and qualifications; conduct reference interviews; create and send email, fax or letter documents; perform online verifications.
