Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare detailed reports.
- Create material order lists and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
- Coordinate between carpentry, paint, upholstery, and installation teams.
- Prepare and manage work schedules, timelines, and task allocations.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure all tasks meet company standards.
- Handle client updates, site issues, and operational requirements professionally.
- Ensure smooth workflow from project start to final handover.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and daily updates.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
- Support operations team with any additional tasks as required.
