Operations Shipping Clerk

Trans Ocean Liquid Technologies (TOLT), previously Trans Ocean Distribution (TOD), is a global producer specializing in Flexitank and Vinliner manufacturing. We are looking for an Operations Shipping Clerk in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, to coordinate, control, plan and manage all aspects of Import, Export and Cross‑Trade procedures.

Job Purpose

To co‑ordinate, control, plan and manage all aspects within the Import, Export and Cross Trade procedure. The Operations Shipping Clerk is a vital link within the supply chain process and must have extensive knowledge of both local and destination requirements.

Responsibilities

Invoicing

• Shipping clerk will arrange for all invoices to be processed on X3 and Pastel
• Invoices will be forwarded to relevant offices
• Invoices will be filed in relevant files

Exports/Airfreights Shipments

• Arrange work orders as per X3 requirements
