Operations Sales Manager (Wholesale)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Operations Sales Manager (Wholesale) to lead the wholesale and production arm of a growing F&B business in TTDI (Taman Tun Dr Ismail) KL.

What you’ll do

• Lead production operations for wholesale, catering, and retail supply, ensuring all processes are followed
• Manage stock, costing, margins, and P&L reporting
• Oversee supplier relationships, procurement, and sourcing, including halal and hotel supplies
• Ensure SOPs are followed in production and delivery, maintaining high quality and efficiency
• Manage internal and external teams (production staff, admin, marketing support)
• Drive wholesale sales and build relationships with hotels, restaurants, schools, and supermarkets
• Implement improvements, enforce systems, and maintain accurate documentation
