Overview
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Program Manager to support a large Health & Dental transformation initiative with one of our consulting clients. This role focuses on leading operational workstreams — aligning people, process, and technology to deliver changes smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that can scale long‑term. You will work closely with business and technology partners to support delivery planning, manage timelines, identify risks, and keep operations moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating activities across teams, monitoring progress and dependencies, supporting governance and stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements to enable successful delivery and adoption.
