Job Description
We are looking for a data & execution oriented leader to be part of one of the most amazing start‑ups in the Food category across LATAM.
As the Operations Manager of the Supply Growth Operations team, you will lead projects to boost the early retention and engagement of new couriers and efficiently grow our delivery capacity.
Role Responsibilities
- System Ownership : Lead early retention business operations, design experiments, and find opportunities to maximize the courier LTV/CAC ratio.
- Project Management : Design, strategize, and manage cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution.
- Budget & Alignment : Take a core part in budget planning and allocation, aligning resources with evolving business priorities and operational goals.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership : Lead strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and drive alignment.
