Job Description
Position Summary
The Operations Manager organizes and monitors inventory levels to maximize efficiency. The Operations Manager leads the Operations team in supporting the Front of House Management in delivering positive business results. Acting as the liaison between Warehouse Operations and their store, the Operations Manager will continuously communicate and update all appropriate business partners on all inventory, store logistics, and product related matters. They will also be responsible for managing all store deliveries, as well as training and developing their Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor stock room and inventory controls to optimize overall procedures.
- Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet the demands of the business.
- Appropriately communicate any inventory and/or product related issues with HQ business partners.
