About the role

• Manage, mentor and train the operations team including FIT and groups consultants
• Grow and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships
• Provide high-level support in the event of significant issues
• Work closely with senior leadership in the growth and financial success of the company
• Liaise and build strong relationships with internal product, sales and finance teams
