Operations manager - spas & retail

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee a growing wellness and retail portfolio, including three boutique day spas and two retail outlets. This role is ideal for a strategic “systems thinker” who can balance exceptional client experiences with strong retail performance. You will lead operations across all locations, ensuring a consistent luxury brand experience while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
