The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Pilates studios, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional member experience, and consistent service delivery across locations. The role involves managing studio operations, monitoring the performance of Instructors and Lead Instructors, ensuring adherence to SOPs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and operational planning skills, with a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
