Job Description
A CleaningOperations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly operations of a cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across various sites. This role typically involves leading a team of cleaning staff, managing budgets and inventory, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate cleaning staff. Supervise performance, conduct performance reviews, and handle scheduling, including covering absences.
- Conduct regular, documented inspections of facilities to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to feedback and complaints promptly.
- Manage, order, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
