… oversee warehouse and logistics management to support subscriber switch order fulfillment while optimizing inventory velocity and logistics operations. Ensure accurate analysis of inventory movement, drive process improvements aligned with business growth, and demonstrate expertise in asset recovery.
You will be responsible for…
- Overseeing warehouse operations productivity for optimal inbound, outbound process and quality inspection related to the company’s comprehensive services to customers.
- Building relationships with 3rd party warehouse service providers and Logistics Vendors such as manpower plan, space use plan, and contract renewal.
- Setting and tracking performance of key KPI such as SLA, TAT, and NPS key driver score.
- Establishing OPEX forecast and tracking monthly expense to be aligned with the plan.
