Role Purpose

To own and deliver the day‑to‑day operational running of the business, ensuring that systems, processes, people, and administration function efficiently and consistently.

This role exists to free the Managing Director from operational workload, enabling greater focus on strategy, growth, and leadership.

The Operations Manager will act as the central coordination point across HR, IT, finance administration, and internal processes – ensuring that the business runs smoothly and reliably.
