Operations Manager - Mexico & Latam (Xico)

Overview

Betway is part of Super Group, a NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind leading sports and iGaming brands. We aim to be the integral leader in online sports betting and casino. This role is for the Mexico and LATAM market and reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational delivery of market objectives and KPIs to exceed company targets at a local level.
• Implement and evaluate operational strategies for growth and success in Mexico and LATAM.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs and metrics, reacting quickly to under performance and optimising activity.
• Analyse, evaluate and adjust key operational touch points throughout a customer’s journey and lifecycle.
• Implement technical changes and optimisations for a top‑of‑the‑line customer experience.
