Job Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Design, optimize, and standardize business processes and workflows
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational cost controls
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations teams and managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (finance, HR, sales, supply chain, IT)
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
