The Operations Manager (Wellness Center) is the central pillar responsible for the seamless integration of hospitality, clinical services, and business administration. This role ensures that the facility operates at peak efficiency while maintaining a serene, high-quality environment for clients. They oversee the daily workflows, manage staff performance, ensure financial health, and uphold rigorous health and safety standards to deliver a premium wellness experience.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years management experience, preferably in a wellness center, luxury spa, or healthcare facility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, crisis management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday in Poblacion, Makati City.
