The Opportunity
Gentrack is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Product Development team’s operational function. The role oversees key activities across product development and custom client projects, reporting progress and driving decision‑making with leadership to ensure the team is set up for future success.
This role will support the Head of Operations in managing Operations for the Chief Technology Officer and Chief of Products and their respective portfolios. Responsibilities include:
- Embedding across core product teams, identifying improvement opportunities, and problem‑solving with leadership to set the pathway forward.
- Overseeing and program‑managing key streams of work related to the g2 platform and product development programs, reporting progress to stakeholders.
