Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Tertiary qualification preferred At least 7 years experience in fruit industry in a pack house environment (preferably citrus) Knowledge of Global GAP, SIZA and Food Safety Duties and Responsibilities Oversee various departments Budgets Conduct performance management for staff Ensure workforce is optimised Adhere to various safety and compliance standards Oversee admin and HR
