Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with GBA leadership to establish and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence
- Facilitate proactive operational reviews to support accurate financial, time, and utilization forecasting
- Lead and participate in advanced operational reporting and forecasting for strategic opportunities
- Create and oversee reporting required for GBA consultant delivery and account leadership
- Support large pursuits through bid management coordination and execution of close plans
- Establish sales to project start/delivery handoff procedures
- Monitor execution of GBA staffing, approval, and resource management procedures
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Delivery leaders to drive operational consistency
