Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to own the floor at our multi-temperature, ISO 22000 food facility in Dubai. This is a hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front role. Your mission is simple but critical: keep our service levels, order accuracy, and food safety standards exceptionally high through sharp daily execution and strong team leadership, especially as we navigate our Q4 peak and embed our brand‑new production facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Floor & Fulfilment Operations: Run the day‑to‑day inbound, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch operations across all our channels (HORECA, retail, eCommerce, and wholesale).
- Maintain Service Excellence: Hold the line on service levels (fill rate / OTIF) and order accuracy through both normal and high‑volume peak periods.
- Cold‑Chain & Food Safety: Enforce strict SOPs, health & safety, and cold‑chain discipline across frozen, chilled, and ambient zones. Uphold...
