The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a specific area to drive factory performance, ensuring operational effectiveness, meeting KPIs, maintaining high technical and quality standards through the development of people, processes, and systems.

• Collaborate with the Site Operations Manager to develop and implement a strategic operational plan, cascading it to production teams.
