Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production and operational activities to meet output targets and delivery schedules
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production plans with demand forecasts
- Ensure all garments meet required quality standards through regular inspections and corrective action processes
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
