Operations Maintenance Manager

An opportunity has arisen with my client for an Operations Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis. This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to HQ and the wider station network as required.

The Operations Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a group of line stations/business units, ensuring my client can deliver operational excellence and the best possible service for their airline customers.

This position requires someone with strong line maintenance experience and the technical knowledge to support busy operational teams, combined with the leadership capability to manage multiple stations, prioritise workload effectively and guide direct reports to do the same.
