Operations & Maintenance Facility Expert

The OMF Expert will lead the planning technical assessment and optimization of Operations & Maintenance facilities for a major rail/HSR programme. The role requires deep expertise in depot planning operational assessments maintenance strategies and integration of O&M requirements into design and delivery phases.

• Lead the planning and functional design of Operations & Maintenance Facilities including depot layouts stabling yards workshop facilities wash plants and supporting infrastructure.
• Conduct operational assessments to define capacity throughput maintenance workflows fleet requirements and operational performance benchmarks.
• Develop O&M strategies covering preventive predictive and corrective maintenance spare parts strategy and lifecycle asset management.
