GE Vernova’s Grid Automation business offers an immersive ECT program for early‑career professionals to drive real‑world impact. Over 12 months, participants will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting business process transformation through Lean, Quality, and Process Improvement methodologies. They will re‑engineer workflows, optimize operational efficiency, coordinate critical projects, and help build a more agile, high‑performance operating model.
