Operations Intern (Warehouse SOP & Documentation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and structured Operations Intern to support the development of a comprehensive Warehouse Operational Handbook (A–Z) .

This role will work closely with the Operations, Fulfilment, and IT teams to document, standardize, and improve warehouse processes across the full workflow—from inbound to outbound.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SOP Development & Documentation

a) Assist in creating a complete Warehouse Operational Handbook , covering:

• Inbound receiving & QC process
• Putaway & storage management
• Inventory control & cycle counting
• Outbound & delivery coordination

b) Translate operational activities into clear, structured SOPs, flowcharts, and checklists

2. Process Mapping & Improvement

a) Observe daily warehouse operations and map out end-to-end workflows
