Internship Overview

As an Operations Intern at P&H Milling, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience in flour milling. Interns will work closely with the operations team and gain insights into the entire milling process, from grain intake to flour packaging.

Your Day to Day

• Assist mill operators in the daily operations of the flour mill.
• Learn and understand the milling process from grain intake to flour packaging.
• Monitor machinery and equipment performance under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on mill equipment.
