Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of unit trusts, bonds, ETFs, and stocks.
- Liaise directly with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth distribution of our financial products.
- Process critical corporate action events and draft official correspondence to our end clients and business partners for Unit Trusts.
- Drive daily price administration and ensure flawless data exchange with media publishers and partners.
- Act as the first line of support for backroom inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding product setups.
- Provide general administration and operational support, stepping up for ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must
