Role Purpose
Transforma Travel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support the operations of all our Adventure Tours in China, Taiwan & Hong Kong, alongside the Regional Operations Manager and other team members.
The ideal candidate will be a university student, with a passion for travelling and looking for an internship that will last for at least three months. We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and interested in learning how our operations work!
Key Responsibilities
• International communication: Communicate efficiently with colleagues to receive full information about our groups and their requirements.
• Bookings: Make guide, hotels, trains, buses, (etc…) bookings across China and (potentially) other regions in Asia.
• Prepare: Prepare budgets, safety forms and other key information or our Adventure Leaders and communicate this with them.
