Job Description
The Operations Executive supports the execution of event deployments and on-ground activations. You will prepare equipment, follow checklists and SOPs, coordinate logistics, and ensure setups run smoothly. This role is hands‑on and crucial to delivering a premium experience for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, pack, test and maintain event equipment before deployments
- Support setup, dismantle and on‑site operational needs
- Coordinate logistics, timing and inventory movement for events
- Follow SOPs, checklists and quality checks to minimise failures
- Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating when needed
