Operations Excellence Lead

As the FIA Operations Excellence Lead you will report to the Director of the General Manager’s Office, this is a key individual contributor role where your expertise strengthens operational excellence by improving ways of working, information flow, and coordination discipline across the whole organization.

Based in Geneva within a dynamic and international environment, you will work closely with the GM Office, PMO, Directors, and relevant FIA departments, combining project and change management, agile and process thinking, digital fluency and executive coordination to contribute directly to better decision‑making and consistent execution.
