Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2)
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DevOps Engineering, the Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2) supports the administration and operational stability of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. This role focuses on day‑to‑day platform support, basic automation, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
- Provide operational support and respond to platform‑related incidents and service requests.
- Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and ServiceNow.
