Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operations Director to ensure that an exemplary operational service is delivered within budget, to all CSP clients and to lead and direct the operations team in accordance with CSP’s mission, strategy and objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Director will be responsible for leading CSP’s Operations function, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services across all contracts while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, continuous improvement and commercial performance.
This role requires an operationally experienced and commercially aware individual who can establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, Heads of Department and senior leaders (CFO, COO and Managing Partner), as well as the Board of Directors.
